How to add a NFC payment system to your Jura Giga X8 or compatible coffeemaker.
At our office recently we got a new coffeemaker. It’s a Jura GIGA X8 Professional, which is really a great coffeemaker. When the new coffeemaker arrived, we had to deal with the usual problems, e.g. how to handle payment of the shots you take. Dealing with paper and pen to maintain a tally doesn’t fit to the IoT-times we’re living in. Soon the idea of solving this problem with a IoT device and NFC-technology was born.
